Tasting Note

Grape Varietal : Merlot 60%, Cabernet franc 30% and Cabernet sauvignon 10%

Colour : a lovely crimson colour

Palate : It is full bodied, very fruity, well structured, powerful and quite tannic. This wine will improve greatly with age.

Recommended Cuisine

The wine is a good accompaniment to most grilled or panfried red and white meats (rib of beef with ceps or grilled lamb chops). Also good with medium-strong cheeses.

Best to be served at 16-18°C.
