Shipping/Store Pick Up
*We will mail out your items within 3 working days via QXpress after payment is cleared. QXpress usually takes 1 to 3 working days to deliver. If you miss the delivery, you will have to call Q EXPRESS to arrange re-delivery.
*When you order is dropped on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays, your order will be processed on the next working days.
*You can visit us at 1 ROCHOR CANAL ROAD,#03-24 SIM LIM SQUARE, SINGAPORE 188504 for store pick-up. Operating Hours : Mon - Thurs, 11am to 7pm. Fri, 11am to 3pm.
*We are closed on SATURDAY,SUNDAY and Public holidays. We will not process any orders and collection on this period.
