1> Miners will generate heat, noise when running/mining, please buy cautiously if you mind it.
2> F-Bitcoin uses specific pools (Chinese pools) for testing miners to gain the data. But the actual speed that buyer get will be effected by many factors such as mining pool, network and device diff etc. So it is a normal phenomenon when the actual hash rate may be slightly different from that achieved by F-Bitcoin test. However, please consult Ricci when the difference is too large, and we will provide tech assistance ASAP.
3> It is a normal phenomenon to appear some hardware errors during mining and this will not effect the operation and earnings.
4> Miners are in stock, we will ship out your goods within 3-5 working days after payment.
5> Although we keep optimizing our packaging solutions, there is still a small possibility that internal cables will get loose because of long distance transportation. This may lead to the miner cannot be started. When it occurs, please open the case, check all the cables inside and reconnect them, then the problem will be solved.
6> Miners could not be connected due to wrong settings of IP address. Please refer to our manual to solve this or contact customer service for help.
7> Buyers place orders to buy related products, as confirming the above product notice.
