Our product is made of Polyester 600D with PVC coating which is imported from oversea.This material has a very highly water resistance nature.The 600D means the bigger the number, the tougher the cloth, and of course more durable of the cloth. For instances, the floor of a tent is normally made of 300D, which require the cloth to be very strong since it was meant to support substantial weights of human body. In order to provide the best of the best for our customers, our product utilized Polyester 600D which gives double durability and toughness than what you would expect.

We understand that every motorcyclist have more than one helmet (with different size maybe),that's why we make the product size to be 55 cm(width)x 50 cm(length). With one size, you can almost fit all type of helmet. No matter how many different size of helmet you have, you just have to buy one.

We recognize that motorcycle has limited carrying capacity, so we have chosen materials that is fold able for our product. Our product can be folded as small as your palm size (even smaller !!). Rest assure, our product is very easy to carry and does not occupy much space.

When we are conduct our survey, we found that many motorcyclists are keen for two things: To avoid helmet getting wet during raining, and able to lock their helmet onto their motorcycles. To realize their wish, we have specially design this hook hole to let motorcyclist able to lock their helmet at their motorcycles. The size of the hole is specifically designed as 2 cm x 2 cm, so that it can fit most of the motor hook under the seat.

Now your dream has come true: Having a dry helmet even during raining season, and secure your helmet onto your motorcycle like a boss.

This is the interior design of our product. Surrounding the hole is 4 layers of PVC. Which have 2 important functions:

1) To prevent water flow into the cover via the hole (even during rainstorm, rainproof performance has been tested to be as high as 99%),

2) enhance the strength of the hook hole since that is the place you hang your helmet and most weight is exerted upon.

To further strengthen our product's rainproof performance, we have specifically design a small piece of cloth beside the hook hole. After you hang your helmet onto your motorcycle, please be mindful to close the hole with this small piece of cloth. The size of this cloth maybe small, but it is a very effective rainproof design. (Tested and proven to be effective up to 99% during Thunderstorm)

This is another effort we have made to keep your helmet dry. Water might flow in through some small sewing hole, to prevent that, we have added a black colour waterproof material along the sewing path.

This design is inspired by rooftop of cottage housing. By joining the Velcro, the upper part of our product will form like a rooftop, and indeed, it function like a rooftop too. The rooftop can drain off water faster and also cover the sewing path to prevent water inflow.

These are the Velcro of highest quality and these size are specially design to suit the our product. Stronger adhesion, yet, can be taken off faster.This make things more easier and save your time.

We understand that helmet will have some unpleasant smell if we wrap the helmet completely without any air flow in, especially for long hours under sun. This is why we let the bottom open to maintain the air flow inside. Furthermore, this will ease you to put your helmet in and take off.If you familiar with it, you can take it off within 5 seconds.
