Exchange Policy :  

Items sold are not refundable.  

Exchange can be done within 7 days after receiving the items for defect items only.

If you have a defective item, you want to return. Please contact us within 3 days from you receive the shipment. 

All return items must be returned with it's original packaging and accessories. we will 1 to 1 exchange or refund 

the money to you when we get the return items. Please contact us before you return it. 

  

      Shipping Policy: 

Seller ships from Monday to Friday after payment is cleared. DO NOT include Saturdays, Sundays and

Public Holidays. Thanks.

Items will be posted out within 3 working days upon receiving payment , Usually it should take 7-10 working

days to your side, if you want the items fast, we can work out a Solution, eg. Speed Post Same Day Delivery:

S$12.00 (for Local Order) only.

       If an item is out of stock, you will be informed and full refund will be given if you do not wish to wait for restock.

Re-delivery, buyers are to bear for ALL the postage costs incurred. For Non Registered Mail, once item is sent out we will 

have No Control of the Delivery Schedule, under such circumstances, kindly check with your respective Post Office.
