If you received a wrong size, wrong item or defected items, please drop us an email with a photo on the item received. We will get back to you ASAP once your exchange request is being approved. All returned items must be in original packing with tag.
Those mail back without tag/being washed or without informing is upfront will not be entertained.
Replacement items will be posted through normal mail unless buyer wants to top up for registered mail.
