Order and Delivery

  1. We accept orders until Sep. 9nd, 5:00PM.
  2. After the orders are taken, we will send the Pears on the 16th of Sep.
    It will take 3~4 days until you receive the products.
  3. Delivery dates cannot be specified.
  4. Delivery is limited in Singapore only.
  5. The product will be delivered directly from Japan. To prevent the package from any damage of the transportation, we will send the products in an outer box. We appreciate your understanding, for any damage to the outer box.
  6. Import duty may be applicable for the products if the total gross weight is more than 5kg or if the total value is more than JPY35,000. In such cases, please understand that you are needed to bear the duty and to pick the products up at the custom after receiving the notice.
  7. If you are not able to receive the products at the time of delivering, please make sure to receive the products as soon as possible. Otherwise, it may not be delivered to you with a good condition. We do not guarantee the products in this case.
