The use method of pliers is the following:
1. Put the pliers tail screw to the maximum position.
2. Separate the two hand shanks, open the clip mouth, make the clip mouth grip the thing, then close the two hand shanks.
3. Use left hand to hold the two close hand shanks, right hand tightens tail screw, stop when can not move.
4. Go on tighten some tail screws, then you can adjust the width of the clip mouth.
5. Then open the clip mouth, hold the thing, close the two hand shanks, since the lever principle, the pliers can tighten the thing tightly.
6. If the elastic is inappropriate, you can adjust the screws to adjust the degree of tightness.
