The Newborn 655-XSP dual-component multi-ratio manual adhesive applicator, also called a two-part or two-component applicator, can accommodate 600 x 600 mL and 600 x 300 mL cartridges and has a thrust ratio of 26:1 for applying two-component epoxies and other very high viscosity adhesives. The heat-treated piston rod is longer lasting than standard rods, and the push disks snap in and out for quickly changing the sizes of the adhesive cartridges. The easy-release gripping plate facilitates the changing of cartridges. The hammered finish handle and trigger have rubber coating for comfort.
Caulking guns, also called caulk or cartridge guns, dispense a controlled flow of products such as caulk, sealants, and adhesives from a tube or cartridge. A manual caulking gun consists of a frame which holds the tube, a trigger, and a rod which moves forward when the trigger is depressed, dispensing the product.
