I don't get jittery on it at all! I'm really sensitive to stimulants. I've been taking them every day, drinking ample water, eating well and exercising 3 to 5 times a week and I've lost 7 lbs in 2 weeks. I've only been taking these for a week. I feel amazing !!! I have been taking this for a month and a half and am losing again. I am down to 155, but noticed when I forget to take the pills I gain 2-4 lbs on the scale the next day.
