Questions & Answers:
1.Q: The product doesn't work
A: We have tested the products before they leave the factory.We think there are three reasons make it could not start and work.
Firstly｣ｬthere is only one switch｣ｬand the speed of pressing this switch is directly affected the ability of start working. Secondly｣ｬwe don't charge the product too much electricity for safety considerations｣ｬso it may be has no electricity. It's better to charge it before you use it. If the charging lamp is flashing｣ｬ it means the machine is OK. Thirdly｣ｬ short press the button and loose｣ｬit can starts up.It will not power on if you press it more than 0.5 seconds or press it continuously.
2.Q: It can't heat normally.
A: When it cannot be heated to the temperature that the user wants｣ｬit is because the host can be adjusted the temperature.During the heating｣ｬ press the switch and it will enter the mode. We have four levels
In the last level｣ｬ the four lights are lighted at the same time｣ｬ after adjusted the temperature｣ｬlong press the switch till it enter the heating mode｣ｬthen loose the switch(light flashes).Or after adjusted the levels｣ｬyou can shake it a few times｣ｬit will enter heating mode too.
3.Q: It can't be used for a long time.
A: The battery capacity is 2600MA/H.It can take 90 minutes for continuous use.Please charge for 2 hours waiting the product to be fully charged.
4.Q: Why does it have plastic smell when heating?
A: The minimum heating temperature can reach 180 ｡・and maximum temperature can up to 230-240 ｡・after heating.A lightly plastic smell is normal.The heating part is made of the 250 ｡・heat-resisting environmental protection high temperature plastic material.
