A liquid pen and slim pencil in one eyeliner! This innovative 2 in 1 eyeliner creates intricate, defined, long-lasting lines.

[How to use]

1. Twist out 1 to 2 mm of slim pencil and fill in gaps between lashes. 2. Apply liquid pen to edges of eyes or any areas that need emphasis to create vivid lines. 3. To minimize smudging, wait 10 to 20 seconds after application for product to dry.
