
SHIPPING DETAILS
Qxpress is the preferred method as we have had about 3% chance of missing mail through normal mailing.
It is proven from statistics that Singpost receive 14,000 undeliverable articles everyday. These includes addresses that are defaced, improperly provided addresses, broken packages, damage packages or even letters to nowhere. This is especially so during festive season. These undelivered mail are normally kept in their store and are sometimes impossible to retrieve even if we go to Singpost as there is almost no way to trace. Sometimes if they can, they will send it back to us. We have tried to ensured this on our part by using a return address on all our packages but to return a package to us can take up to 21 days or more. Thus we strongly encourage using registered mail. Using registered mail is a lot faster too.
For lost mail via normal mail, we will only respond to it if you do not receive the item after 21 days of shipping for shipping within Singapore and 60 days for shipping overseas. We will still approach Singpost when they do not return the package to us, but the chance of finding such packages are slim. Do note that despite the fact that we will try to find these missing mails for you, we will not be respondsible for replacing items if they are lost via normal mail.
For Normal Mail and Qxpress We will proceed for shipping the next working day if you order before 10pm. Orders after 10pm will be process and send for shipping after 2 working days. Working days are from Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.
We also offer Next Day Delivery option with Taqbin. This option allows for delivery even on Sunday and Public Holidays.
EXCHANGE & RETURNS
We take a lot of responsibilties for our products. As much as we can, we try to check for defects on the product before shipping. Please do note that even though we try to protect the package as much as possible, the items could be damage during shipping due to mishandling or bad weather conditions.
For exchanges and returns, you will have to send the item back to us so that we can facilitate an exchange with proof of the defective product. The product will have to be unused and we will accept returns and exchanges if you notify us of any defects within 3 days of receiving the product.
