1. Do you provide international shipping?

We only provide delivery to Singapore residential & office addresses (this excludes delivery to BBQ pits). We reserve the right to turn down delivery to some areas at our discretion.

2. Do you provide delivery on weekends?

Yes, items ordered can be delivered from Mondays to Sundays including Public Holidays (unless otherwise stated).

3. What are the delivery time slots availabe?

The delivery slots are 9am - 12nn, 12nn - 5pm and 5pm - 9pm respectively. You may also opt for the delivery to arrive at your home or office during any of these time-slots.

4. How can I indicate the delivery date & time?
You can select the delivery date and time slot from the drop-down list under ''Option''. Please include a buffer of 2 working days to receive your order for your home party or occasion.

5. How soon can I receive my order?

We require at least 1 working day to prepare and ship your order. For orders received after 3pm on Friday (non-Public Holiday), the earliest you can receive your order will be the following Tuesday.
