Most storm & screen doors open outwards, away from the home. However, there are some installations that require that the door opens into the home. For example, a storm or screen door at the top of the stairs. It is much easier and safer to have the storm or screen door open into the home rather than outwards. The Ideal Security ISB latch set is a complete in and out handle wet with strike and screws for an easy and quick replacement. The distance between the screw holes is the standard 1-3/4". This handle set will accommodate doors that are 7/8" to 1-3/8" thick. The inside latch has a locking feature which prevents the outside handle from turning. No key lock is available for this handle set.
