Our imported earphone cushions are manufactured either in UK, US or Japan with thick, soft, hypo-allergenic foam for all day comfort. The measurements of each cushion are provided (to get the proper measurement, please remove the old earphone cushion and measure the diameter of the actual speaker). • We will not be held responsible for lost/ damaged parcels should you choose not to go with registered post.
• We inspect all items to ensure they are in good condition before mailing to you. This is to minimise your chances of receiving goods with defects. This is not 100% proof as we do not open sealed items.
• Goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless items have manufacturing defects. For such warranted exchanges, please contact us within 5 working days upon receipt of this item.
• Warranted exchanges will be done via mail.  You’ll have to mail the item back to us at your own cost while we’ll bear the outgoing postage via normal mail. If you would like to have the exchanged items registered, please transfer S$2.50 to us (this amount applies to Singapore-based buyers only; for overseas buyers, please contact us for the relevant postage). If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund of the item price.  
• No exchanges or refunds will be made for items which have been used, tested, worn or washed.
