The hybrid brainchild of Derek Yep, Ben Kirschner, and the Jordan Brand design team, the Jordan Retro 5LAB3 is a mashup of the Air Jordan 5 and Air Jordan 3. Part of the "Element" series that plucks iconic detailing from previous Jordans and utilizes it on another model's silhouette. On this fit, we get a sleek allover reflective material from the Air Jordan 5s on the Air Jordan 3 body, complete with elephant print and an icy outsole. On the inside of the tongue you'll notice the made up chemical element of "5 Re 19.90" that represents the Air Jordan 5, reflective material, and 1990 being the year the 5s came out. This hybrid might be a classic in the making.
