Zinc is a very active mineral in human metabolism. It supports immunity, skin health, hormones and reproductive health. It is widely used for prostate problems and zinc is necessary for our sense of smell, taste and vision. Zinc is a trace mineral that functions in more enzymatic reactions than any other mineral. Low zinc levels can affect virtually every system of the body. Marginal zinc deficiency may cause increased susceptibility to infection, poor wound healing, poor sense of taste or smell, and minor skin disorders including acne, eczema, and psoriasis. Health problems associated with zinc depletion include impaired immune function, prostate enlargement, male infertility, psychiatric illnesses (including depression), insomnia and macular degeneration.

EACH TABLET CONTAINS
Elemental Zinc (citrate) 50mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Microcystalline cellulose, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
1 tablet per day or as recommended by a health professional. 

CAUTIONS
Zinc supplementation may cause a copper deficiency. Keep out of reach of children.
