Great Experienced and Nice Feel

when you used this slicer for sharp cheddar. The blade will not tilted very far so you will get a very thin slices of cheese -

which is great!and even if when you intend to slice more than one piece,it still can slice very well. As the piece will not comes up over the top of the spatula part and don't gets "stuck" in the residue and gets crinkled up because it is such a sharp. I can still use it, unlike all the similar slicers I've used in the past.
