Procedure 1, Remove the lower screw
Be sure to turn off the main unit before starting operation.
Working without turning off the power may cause unexpected accidents or damage to the main body base.
Remove two star screws on each side of the dock connector.
Step 2 Removing the front panel
A Attach the suction cup inside the tool kit to the part slightly above the home button.
(Please refer to the figure.) Since the panel can not be removed if the adsorption is weak, please confirm that it is adsorbing firmly.
After confirming that the sucker is securely attached, apply constant force with one hand and remove the front panel from the rear panel.
When floating at a certain height, as shown in the figure, slide the tool between the two panels and use the two forces of the tool and suction cup to further float.
Please be careful not to forcefully remove the panel.
With the B suction cup attached and the height continued, the side will also float as shown in the figure.
In this case, please be careful not to open with too much force.
In case
After three points C, left, and right float, it pulls the suction cup and removes it further.
(At this time, since the upper cable is still caught, please do not remove all at a stretch)
Procedure 3, removal of protective plate
Remove the following screws.
● 1.2 mm screw
● 1.6 mm screw
Removing the screw removes the plate as shown, as it can be removed.
Step 4, Remove the cable
Remove the cable below.
● Camera & sensor cable
● Digitizer cable
● LCD cable
