Warranty
The Child Safety GPS Tracker carries a 2 month warranty. This warranty covers manufacturer's defects within 2 months of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage to item by the consumer through rough use, misuse or through the consumer's own fault. The warranty does not apply if the consumer tried to repair the item, or had someone else try to repair it, which damaged the item.

All Child Safety GPS Trackers are brand new.
Every product is inspected before shipping and comes in a box and bubble envelope to keep them in excellent condition for use.
All products are Quality-assured. Quality has been checked before listing to sell.
Actual pictures of the product are included where possible. Buyers may refer confidently to the physical shot on the model.
We do not allow exchanges for all products once shipped.
Every effort has been made to ensure that your item gets to you safely. If however, you receive a broken or defective set, please take a picture and email it to chingshop@rocketmail.com within 3 days with your order reference no. and we will arrange for a refund or a new item to be sent to you again once your request has been approved. All returned products must be in its original packaging. All items mailed back without prior refund or exchange requests will not be entertained.

To use in a foreign country, make sure that the SIM card is able to make and receive overseas calls.
There may be delays in transmission caused by your telecom carrier under certain circumstances. We are exempt from liability for security of persons or property.
Normal SIM cards under SingTel, Starhub or M1 can be purchased at 7-11 stores etc. These SIM cards can be topped up and do not incur monthly charges, but expire after 6 months if not topped up again. You may also get the SIM card with monthly subsciption.
Please insert SIM card in the right direction as per instructions. Some edge is left outside, please cut the edge of the SIM card and then close the back cover. Note that cutting the edge of the SIM card does not affect the SIM card's function.
DO NOT BUY the Micro SIM card, they will not work on the GPS Tracker.
REMEMBER to activate Auto Roaming for the SIM card so your child can call you while overseas and you can call them. If Roaming is not activated, the GPS Tracker will still work but you cannot contact them and vice versa. You will still be able to receive their coordinates and they will still be able to SOS you.
