Intended Use: Reusable therapeutic hot and cold packs for use with, pain, engorgement, plugged ducts or mastitis associated with breastfeeding or to help encourage let-down while using a breast pump.
Suggested Use
For heat therapy: Heat in microwave for time indicated on pack or package insert.
For cold therapy: Freeze for at least 2 hours.
For use with a breast pump: Heat packs and wrap around the outside of breast pump flanges while pumping.
