Those attach right to your bra while your bra's hooks fasten right into the eye latches of the Bra Extender. There are evenly spaced latches at three different distances to allow you to pick the one that's best for you. As the tightening of your bra fluctuates due to naturally occuring incidents like a little weight gain, your regular cycles or shrinkage to the bra, you can adjust the relationship between your bra and your bra extender so that you don't have to replace it with a new bra.
