We offer you the price according to the quantity. If price confirmed， we will make sample.

Physical sample scanned picture will be provided to you for the confirmation. If sample confirmed， we will start production after receive the payment; If sample still needs improvement， we will reproduce samples on our cost.

Q: How do I pay for my purchase?

Q: How much does it cost to ship to my country?

 A: Package  less than 2 Kg will be shipped by China Post Airmail which is free shipping to these 26 countries as following:

Other countries and package over 2 Kg， buyers have to afford entire shipping cost. You can choose DHL， Fedex， UPS etc. We will offer you the current shipping fee according the real package weight.

Q: Is there any tracking Number for my item?

 A: Yes， we ship every order with their Tracking Number， and you can view the shipment status on the corresponding website.

Situation a) ---First of all， we will make sample for your approval before goods production， if our products are with same situation and quality with the approved sample， but when you receive the goods， and still feel unsatisfied with them， please let us know what the detailed reasons are， we will take them into consideration and will give you an satisfied response.  

Situation b) --- If our products are not the same situation and quality as the approved sample， no need for you to return the goods to us， just take some pictures to show us what the defects are and how many pieces of them， we will reproduce goods for you on our cost as soon as we can， however， I`m afraid that you would pay the shipping cost.  

 Situation c) ---We can not control the situation of the package in the shipping， what we can to is to make the package be strong and will take photos of the package to you before we send it. If the package is damaged， we are sorry that we will not be able to take responsibility for that.
