Taste... As the dark chocolate melts, it releases the bamboo and grass notes of Matcha green tea and a crunch of Ghana cocoa nibs. I fell in love with ceremonial Matcha during my first tea ceremony in Kyoto Ryokan. Our tea leaves are picked by hand in the Aichi prefecture and ground by low friction granite stone mills in Nishio City.
