Common Problem.

1. My HDMI cable is connected but there is no audio. 

In System Preferences, select Sound. Click on the Output tab. Select your HDMI Device from the list. 

2. My Mac supports audio but there's still no sound?

Make sure both your HDMI cable and TV are VESA compliant. Some older model TVs only accept video signals on the HDMI input and will require a separate cable for audio input. Please reference this article for further details: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4241

The TV/Monitor must have built-in Audio Output .
Step 1: System Preference -> Sound -> Select the Type HDMI. Note that for some model of TV/Monitor it will pop up a warning message stating this selected device has no output controls. This is normal unless your TV/Monitor has digital feedback to macbook to tell your macbook it has output controls. not all TV/Monitor has it. Just go ahead use it.

Step 2: Go to your TV/Monitor Select the Audio Input to the HDMI Port Number you have, please read your TV/Monitor for instruction. 

Step 3: check your TV/Monitor sound volume and macbook sound volume. Please maximum the macbook volume and  slowly increase your TV/Monitor sound volume until you hear something. Play some music as you do this.

What You Should Know Before Making a Purchase with the Windmill :

All deliveries in Singapore will be made via SingPost or Qxpress (Qoo10 agent).

We usually mail the orders out the next working day. Hence, you should be able to receive your orders in 2 to 5 working days after placing orders. 

However normal post can be delay up to 24 working days for unknown reasons. Although normal post is cheap, there is a risk of lost parcels which you need to bear via this selection.

An additional $3.99 will be charged if you choose to have it delivered via registered mail. The registered mail will be sent to your doorstep.

If the delivery fails, e.g. nobody is at home:

(1)  For SingPost, a collection slip will be left behind for you to retrieve the item at the nearest SingPost office, or you can call SingPost to arrange for another delivery date.

(2) For Qxpress Courier, the delivery company will call you to arrange another delivery date.

If you buy more than 1 item, and intend to get registered mail, you only need to select the registered mail option ONCE. We will bundle all your orders into one registered mail package.

We seek your understanding that we would not be responsible for items damaged during delivery, especially without registered mail.

You can be assured that all our products are inspected for defects before delivery. However, if you do receive a defective item, we apologize and are willing to accept returns or exchanges. The condition is that the items must be mailed back to us within 7 working days upon receiving the orders. We regret to inform that buyers will have to bear all return postage costs.
