Centrum for Women 50+ is focused on more nutritional support specifically addressing bone health, post menopausal health, mental performance and immunity. It provides Vitamin D, Calcium and Iron to support healthy bones, and post menopausal health and Zinc to help support mental performance, plus vitamin C for immunity. It also includes B Vitamins and Folic Acid to support vitality every day.

Directions: Women over 50 years - Take one tablet daily with water

Precautions: Keep out of reach of children. Contains selenium which is toxic in high doses, do not exceed a daily dose of 150 micrograms. Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions. When taken in excess of 3,000 micrograms retinol equivalents, Vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, or breastfeeding, do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
