Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement the following is recommended.

| Under 2 yrs | 3-5 drops daily | 5 drops twice daily |
| 2-5 yrs | 6 drops daily | 0.5 ml twice daily |
| 5-12 yrs | 0.5 ml daily | 1.0 ml twice daily |
| 12 yrs-Adult | 1.0 ml daily | 1.0 ml 2-4 times daily |
