Sleep monitoring automatically:
The bracelet will automatically detect sleep at 9 pm to 10 am the next day. You do not need to set it up. You need wear the bracelet when you sleeping.
Wakeup Screen:

It is suggested to wear the smart bracelet below ulnar styloid process(where the bone sticks out on the left wrist) see drawing. Adjust the bracelet to fit the wrist well and buckle to make the sensor close to the wrist.

Methods to wake up the screen:
1. Swipe the screen.
2. Raise hand and turn over the wrist.

How to connect:
A: 1. download "GloryFit" app required from Apple Store or Google Play.
2. turn on phone bluetooth, go to the App=>>Device=>>bind device, then search and pair the device with your phone.
3. once it paired correctly, the bracelet vibrates, the time on the bracelet will be auto synchronized with phone's.
