This ticket is either for Adult or Child; all inclusive of all taxes and surcharges.
Type of tickets:

1. Normal (limited and first come first serve basis, contact iwanticket.office@gmail.com). Destination include Sekupang and Batam Center ferry terminals. Expiry: 31 Sept 2015 (email to us for enquiry).
2. Special ticket, can go to Harbour Bay (near Nagoya) or Nongsapura terminals (near Montigo, Turi resorts). Expiry: 31 Dec 2015

You need to make self-booking directly to BatamFast Ferry. Refer to below section on "How to make Reservation".
Open for all ferry schedule. Please refer to one of the Pictures for ferry schedule.

 
Delivery:
- Singpost Express to Letterbox $2.7 (using AM Express Service to your Letterbox) - minimum 1 working day (exclude weekend and Public Holiday)
- Singpost Express to DoorStep $4 (using AM Express Service to your DoorStep) - minimum 1 working day (exclude weekend and Public Holiday)
- Singpost Registered Smartpac $3.8 - minimum 1 working day and trackable online

How to Make Reservation:

You can reserve for your seats before your departure via email or by calling to +65 6270 2228 (Harbour Front) with the details stated below. Once reservation is confirmed, just head over to Harbour Front ferry terminal on the day and exchange for your boarding pass at BatamFast Ferry ticket counter (Level 2).

Details for each passenger:

• Full Name (based on passport)
• Passport Number
• Passport Expiry Date
• Departure date, time, and ferry terminal
• Return date, time, and ferry terminal
