The case is access to all ports. And it specially design cutout for button GPU , and cooling space,cutout for SD slot.
The case could protect your raspberry pi well. And Arc corners design make the case more delicate.

Notice:
It will be a little noisy but reduce heat better when you connect the fan to 5V voltage.
If you feel it is noisy ,please connect the fan to 3.3V voltage of your Pi.
Please put the side (marked label) face to raspberry pi.
