Temperature Adjustment:
Pls long press the On/Off switch for 6-8 secs to turn on. Then you get 3 temperature options. Briefly pressing the On/Off button will change the temperature(the indicator light will be changed)
Red:45-50 C (high)
Blue-Pink: 38-45 C(middle)
Blue:36-40 C (low)

Note:
1.Need a higher temperature of eye mask,pls take off the cover.(not recommended)
2.Can't accept the smell of lavender,pls take it out.
3.Adjust the timer to 0 mins,it will work all the time.
4.The outer cover can be cleanout.

Recommend:
Put small water on usb mask to make eye more comfortable.
