Cleaning Instruction

After long use, the oils from coffee tend to create a buildup in the filter, which may cause clogs or slow flow. For long lasting use, here are some tips to remove the buildup and perk up your morning.

1. Empty the coffee grounds into the garbage or in your garden for a slow release of nitrogen or in compost.

2. Rinse the filter to remove excess grounds.

3. Place the filter in a container filled with two parts water to one part white vinegar. Let the filter sit in the solution for 30 minutes, then rinse with warm water.

4. Air dry.
