When the keyboard is unfolded, a green LED light indicate that it is turned on and ready to be paired with the device and turned off once it has been paired. The built-in lithium batteries allow the device to be used continuously for 84 hours. It is fully charged in about 2 hours and the frontal LED will turn red or green indicating battery life. When the device is idle, it will automatically go in to sleep mode and is energy efficient. Leather smart case is available (optional) to protect the keyboard.
