Snow City is Singapore's first indoor snow centre located within the Science Centre, Singapore area beside Ommi-Theatre in Jurong East. Snow City introduces the concept of snow and cold climates in a fun, entertaining and educational way.

Terms and Conditions

Snow City is closed for maintenance on the following dates in 2018: 5 February, 7 May, 9 July, 1 October

*Children below 7 years old must be supervised by an adult at all times.
*Winter jacket and boots are provided with purchase of admission ticket to Snow Chamber.
*Wearing of long pants is compulsory to keep you safe and warm in the subzero temperature of the Snow Chamber.
*For hygiene purposes, wearing of socks is required when using house boots.
*Personal cameras are prohibited in the Snow Chamber. Please approach the photographers for assistance.
*Food and drinks are prohibited in the Snow Chamber.
*Skiing and Snowboarding are not allowed in the snow chamber.
*Snow City Singapore may take photographs or recordings of any visitor for any purpose, without prior approval or compensation.

【How long will I get ticket】

Recommend purchase the tickets 1 days in advance, we are not issue same day of visit, so please avoid last minute purchase.

【How to Use】

You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher in exchange for physical tickets at one of the collection points.Kindly allow sufficient time to facilitate ticket collection on the date of visit.

MRT & Bus
The nearest MRT station is Boon Lay (EW27). From there, you can transfer to bus Bus No. 194 to the urong Bird Park （From Boon Lay bus interchange）
Self-drive / Taxi
Jurong Bird Park is about a 30-minute drive away from the city. There are open-air car and motorcycle parking bays located opposite the entrance of the park.

4. Operating hours for ticket redemption at the park is from 8.30 AM to 5.30PM daily.
5. This voucher is valid for one-time redemption for a single attraction ticket only.
(eg, if you have purchase 3 Adult tickets, you will have to utilise/redeem all 3 tickets at one time, no partial redemption will be allowed)
6. All printed attraction tickets are non-transferable.
7. There will be no refund for unused/used attraction ticket either in part or full.
