feather used in the shuttlecock are naturally-grown in geese and dicks but NOT the industrial product. Therefore, it’s safe to sat that no feather is identical. To make high-quality prince shuttlecock, we must guarantee the consistency of the feather in dimension, shape & size. To achieve this goal, prince set up a comprehensive selection process including one computerized selection course & 5 other manually check courses. Going through all these processes, feather would be differentiated into more than 2000 grade & types, which guarantees the consistency & quality of the 16 feather of each prince shuttlecock.

 

adjustment for stability

In prince factories, feather are differentiated into the 2000 grades & types. Therefore, we need to adjust the feather dip angle, diameter and weight of raw materials (ball-head, thread & glue) of each shuttlecock if necessary to guarantee the performance accordance and stability of each prince shuttlecock.
