ORDERS, PRICE AND PAYMENT
★All pictures shown may vary from the actual stock.Actual colors might differ due to lighting / monitor resolution.
★Goods Sold are not Exchangable or Refundable, all items are thoroughly inspected before delivery.
★Please order at your own risk and interpretation (the material, brand, cutting).For those who are not able to wait, please do not place any order.
MISTAKES or ERRORS
★While all efforts are made to check pricing and other errors, inadvertent errors do occur from time to time and we reserve the right to decline orders arising from such errors.
★Payment for the Products shall be made via GMarket or to POSB 209-23121-2.
DELIVERY
★Arrival of items: Item(s) takes at least 7-10 business days to arrive. Orders placed on Friday after 12PM will begin processing on the following Monday. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock. We do not offer Saturday delivery. DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.
POSTAGE
★We do not cover items loss, and damage due to fire, intentional damage, acts of God or natural disasters, animals, pets or pests once we shipped out the items.
★We reserve the right to cancel the order in the case of the item are in unsatisfied condition. Full item price will be refunded.
RETURN POLICY
★Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 30 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL items or tags attached. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange may result in a fee.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
★Exhange, complaints or refund due to difference in measurement from the items description and the real items within 2 inches or 2cm will not be entertained.
