1. What is the legnth if I order x1 quantity?
x1 quantity equals to 1 metre/100 cm long
2. Does my ribbons get cut if I order 2 metres?
Nope. We only cut our ribbons according to your order. So if you order x5 quantity, you will received 5 metres of continuous ribbons in a single roll.
3. What is the material of your ribbon?
Grosgrain!
4. What is the width of your ribbon?
Usually its 22mm or 25mm. Refer to the ribbon naming below.
5. Is your ribbon colour fast?
Yes. We test all our ribbons by cutting a portion off and leave in a bowl of water overnight. However, if there is a need to wash your ribbon, please do not use strong detergent as it may cause fading.
6. Why do the ribbons received look different from your listing pictures?
This could be due to monitor settings. All photos are taken by ourselves and we try our very best to ensure its true to picture.
7. Why is there only so few selections? There seems to be a wide range of ribbons from your customized listing for pacifier clip but its not shown here. How can i order those ribbons?
Unfortunately it takes time for us to properly document each and every single designs to be uploaded. Furthermore, certain designs get sold out real fast even before we can manage to list and sell. While some are only left less than 2metres - good enough to handcraft into items but barely enough to be listed for selling. In instances when you wish to purchase other designs, head on to our carousell/facebook fan page and place an order. Pricing is the same!
