- No refund or exchange unless for manufacturer defect or wrong item sent
- Returned items MUST be UNWORN, in ORIGINAL condition and packaging
- Returned items MUST NOT have been WASHED
- Customer shall bear the postage for exchange items
B. Delivery
- Customer shall bear the cost of re-shipping due to wrong or incomplete delivery address
