We prepare our Fennel extract from mature seeds of Foeniculum vulgare plants which are Certified Organically Grown. To assure optimal extraction of Fennel''s bioactive compounds, the seeds are hand-harvested after maturing in late summer, are carefully shade-dried and cleaned of all chaff & stem, and are then thoroughly extracted.

Directions
Shake well before using. Take up to 40 drops in 2 oz. of water or juice tow to five times per day. Best taken between meals.Free OfGluten
