They block the sun and are not itchy but are like a marshmallow. The material is very soft and stretchy. They feel incredible. I have ordered several of these because there is nothing else like this for this price. They seem high quality and offer a nice brushed look with some of the colors. It doesn't make sense they don't carry these in stores.
