- In general, the amount will be refunded by the same payment that was used to make payment. - Return should be processed within 7 days from the time delivered. - The return cost and/or indemnity may be charged to you when you return the item. - The refund may not be acceptable in the following cases; 1. The item has been damaged by customer's fault. 2. The item's value has been remarkably decreased due to the customer's usage/consumption. 3. The item's value has been remarkably decreased due to the time-sensitive sale. - Size measurement is subject to max 2~3cm tolerance. - The color you see on the monitor may be slightly different from the actual color.

CANCEL / RETURN / REFUND PROCEDURES |

- Kindly drop an email to [email protected] within 1 week from delivery date and state your order number and item you would like to exchange for. - Items need to be in its original condition in order to be eligible for exchange. Any items used, worn, stained, altered, washed, has perfume/cigarette/strange smell are not eligible for exchange. - You need to bear the postage for exchanges. - Do not send any items back without contacting us in advance.
