PAYMENT

- All payments are made via Qoo10 (Credit card / Bank transfer / Paypal etc).

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

- All items are delivered from the warehouse in Malaysia.

- Stocks in the warehouse are shipped from South Korea.

- Tracking number will be emailed on the delivery date to the email address provided by the customer.

- Orders will be delivered within 2 working days after payment is received to delivery.

- We are not liable for any costs or delay due to incorrect or undeliverable address.

- Major delivery company: POS Malaysia or Qxpress

- Usual delivery period: 3 days

- Delivery rate: Basically free shipping & delivery, subject to each item.

- The weight of delivery does not exceed two (2) Kg.

- International delivery does not exceed one (1) Kg and the difference will be refunded or charged.

CUSTOM & DUTIES

- No required custom & duties due to local delivery from the warehouse in Malaysia.

CANCEL

- You may cancel the order before the item delivered. In case we sent the item, you may contact us and request for return & refund.

RETURN / REFUND

- In general, the amount will be refunded by the same payment that was used to make payment.

- Return should be processed within 7 days from the time delivered.

- The return cost and/or indemnity may be charged to you when you return the item.

- The refund may not be acceptable in the following cases;

1. The item has been damaged by customer's fault.

2. The item's value has been remarkably decreased due to the customer's usage/consumption.

3. The item's value has been remarkably decreased due to the time-sensitive sale.

- Size measurement is subject to max 2~3cm tolerance.

- The color you see on the monitor may be slightly different from the actual color.

CANCEL / RETURN / REFUND PROCEDURES

- Kindly drop an email to [email protected] within 1 week from delivery date and state your order number and item you would like to exchange for.

- Items need to be in its original condition in order to be eligible for exchange. Any items used, worn, stained, altered, washed, has perfume/cigarette/strange smell are not eligible for exchange.

- You need to bear the postage for exchanges.

- Do not send any items back without contacting us in advance.
