Free radicals are unstable molecules or atoms that has a single unpaired electron in the outer shell, and it needs to be paired up. I've always thought that skincare products that I apply on my skin are sufficient for preventing aging and helping me retain my skin elasticity. Guess I was wrong. Then I happen to watch an episode of 女人我最大 on skincare, and they were introducing BRAND’S® InnerShine Berry Essence with Grape Seed Extract.

Immediately that day, I bought a pack of it ;p

Life is totally full of surprises sometimes.

Other than spending a fair share of time in front of the com,
I spent quite an amount of time running about as well – some times studio, sometimes meetings, sometimes events etc.
And lazy me usually do a quick lunch or so at wherever I’m at,
and usually it will be just that without fruits (Either cuz I don’t have the routine habit to have fruits after meals or the place doesn’t sell cut fruits).

So it’s pretty much serves-me-right that I somehow have problems going to the loo (yeah constipation you may say – they said it’s a girl thing? Is it??

I’m in the early twenties now but not that far away from being in mid-twenties (ahhh It feels like I just celebrated 21st not long ago!!),

Got inspired by Xiao S photo, decided to try googling for fun and found this site that adds sparkles for me on my picture! Geez, coolbeans! :p
