The silverback will give you up to 14 hours of power, depending on your laptop's specification. If the silverback is connected to the mains power supply whilst it is also charging your laptop and there is a power cut, silverback features an audible alarm which will sound to indicate the power into the unit has been cut. This alarm can be turned off via the mute button on the front of the unit and the silverback will continue to charge your device without interruption.

Silverback will charge devices up to 24volts similar to the powergorilla from the DC output socket - so from your laptop, right the way down to your mobile phone or iPod! Just select which voltage you require; 5v, 8.4v, 9.5v, 12v 16v, 19v or 24v and the LCD screen will indicate which setting has been chosen. Then simply hook up your gadget and away you go! You can even daisy-chain, so whilst the silverback is charging your laptop, you can charge the silverback from the mains power supply. Or you can charge your laptop and your mobile phone simultaneously!
