We prepare our Fenugreek extract from seeds of Trigonella fœnum-græcum plants which are Certified Organically Grown. To assure optimal extraction of Fenugreek''s bioactive compounds, the seeds are harvested in late summer when they have fully matured, are winnowed free of all chaff, and are then thoroughly extracted.

Directions
Shake well before using. Take up to 40 drops in 2 oz. of water or juice, two to five times per day. Best taken between meals.
