Why bother taking out the china dishes when you can have a truly elegant alternative that can be neatly wrapped up and thrown away when the party is over? This set is perfect for adult serious settings, but of course can be used in a more casual setting too, especially good to give casual birthday parties a touch of maturity.
The balloon banner is a special addition. It has 13 pink and purple balloons, each shaped in a different letter of "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" about 16 inches high, and four stars. Included is a straw to inflate it with. No helium necessary (it won't float with helium). Also included is a string to hang it with on the loops attached to each balloon. (tape, especially double sided, also works).
