Kickboard is an indispensable tool for learning to swim. Professional training, kickboard is used as an important auxiliary tool for hand / leg movements exercises. With the floating board, you can better feel for each swimming action essentials. Especially leg movements exercises.
Training different emphases, kickboard uses different methods: Check out with your swim instructor and toddlers/kids to be accompanied by adult for safety reasons.
