Yes we do, kindly checkout as "store pickup", upon collection please inform staff you need helium inflation and we will collect cash payment on the day itself. This price is only applicable if balloon belongs to Party Wholesale Centre.

Q) Can i collate orders if i buy different items from Party Wholesale Qoo10? 

Yes we you may. Qoo10 will only deduct one time delivery fee.
