NOTE: 

1) These balloons are not designed for helium inflation.

2) Balloons are brand new, in deflated form. You can inflate the balloons with normal air using a balloon pump, or by blowing into the balloons using the straw provided. 

3) You can paste the balloons on the wall using the no-mess, clear glue dots provided. 

4) Please handle the item with care as balloons are fragile items.
