The Cooper-Atkins 2020K type-K thermocouple air and surface 4.75" probe measures temperature from -100 to 1,000 degrees F (-73 to 538 degrees C). This probe is for use with the Cooper-Atkins PM400K or other panel-mounted thermocouple thermometer with screw terminals (both sold separately). It has a response time of 30 seconds in liquid for accurate readings. The 42" cable with pigtail leads has a fiberglass outer jacket for heat resistance and withstands temperatures up to 900 degrees F (482 degrees C). A type-K thermocouple probe is for use in applications with a broad range of temperatures, including furnaces, kilns, freezers, and other industrial applications.
